Data Deletion Request
Facebook / Meta users: If you previously submitted a lead via a Facebook or Instagram ad connected to LOLA, you can request full deletion of your data using the process below.
How to Request Deletion
You can request the deletion of your personal data from LOLA using one of the following methods:
Option 1 — Email Request (fastest)
Send an email to support@oxo.mu with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name;
- Your email address and/or phone number used when submitting the form;
- If your lead came from Facebook/Instagram: your Facebook User ID (available in your Facebook settings);
- The approximate date of your form submission (if known).
Option 2 — Contact Form
Use the contact form below to submit your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
What Happens Next
- We acknowledge your request within 5 business days;
- We identify and locate your data across the LOLA platform and connected tenant workspaces;
- All associated personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request;
- We send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Data Deleted Upon Request
Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your contact record (name, email, phone);
- All lead submissions associated with your contact;
- Associated deals and activity logs linked to your contact;
- Any file attachments uploaded for your lead;
- All tags and metadata associated with your record.
Exceptions
Certain data may be retained beyond your deletion request where required by law (e.g., financial records, legal obligations). In such cases, we will inform you of what data must be retained and why.
